I’m Lana Lagomarsini. I’m 35, based in New York City, and an alumna of Northeastern University and the Culinary Institute of America. I’ve lived the dream working as a chef at two of Boston’s most prestigious restaurants, and now I’m working my way through NYC’s most infamous culinary establishments. Born and raised in the Bronx, I’ve always loved more than one culture, and while growing up, food was my constant. To establish myself in the world of food, I travel, experiment with new ingredients and recipes, and write to share what I learn. I’m inspired by the farm to table movement, using seasonal ingredients, and keeping flavor the most important factor of food.
